The German version of these terms (todoclub.org/agb?lang=de) is the legally binding one. This translation is provided for convenience.
1. Provider and scope
These terms govern the use of the ToDoClub apps (web app at todoclub.org, iPhone app and desktop app) and all connected services. The provider is Strudel Immobilien GmbH, Hasenbergstraße 15, 70178 Stuttgart, Germany (Local Court Freiburg, HRB 726558) — "we".
2. The service
ToDoClub is an AI-first to-do app: tasks are captured in natural language, broken down, sorted into areas ("stacks") and supported with reminders, focus mode and statistics. The free Day Passincludes up to 3 stacks, unlimited tasks & notes and a daily allowance of AI actions (currently 15 per day, fresh every day). Tasks are always saved even when the allowance is used up — only the AI processing pauses until the next day. The All-Access Pass is a paid subscription that unlocks unlimited AI actions, unlimited stacks, recurring tasks, calendar connection and AI clean-up. Current features and prices: todoclub.org/pricing. AI-generated content may contain errors and is assistance, not binding advice.
3. Account
An account is required (email or sign-in via Apple, Google or Microsoft). Registration creates a free-of-charge usage contract for the Day Pass. Keep your credentials confidential; one account per person.
4. All-Access Pass: prices, term, cancellation
The All-Access Pass is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription, where offered with a free trial (currently 7 days). It renews automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current term. Prices include VAT. Purchases in the iPhone app are billed and managed through the Apple App Store and your Apple ID (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Web purchases are billed via Stripe and can be cancelled anytime effective at the end of the term via "Manage subscription" in the settings or by email to hallo@todoclub.org. After the subscription ends, the account falls back to the free Day Pass; your data is retained.
5. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, exercisable informally, e.g. by email to hallo@todoclub.org. For App Store purchases, refunds are handled directly by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com). For web purchases, if you request that the service starts during the withdrawal period, you owe compensation for the value of the service provided until withdrawal.
6. User obligations
Prohibited in particular: unlawful use, content infringing third-party rights, attempts to overload, circumvent or excessively automate the service, and sharing the account with third parties. In case of significant violations we may suspend or terminate accounts, taking the user's legitimate interests into account.
7. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not owe uninterrupted access. Maintenance, further development or outages (including third-party hosting or AI providers) may cause temporary limitations. We may evolve, change or discontinue features where reasonable for the user; the core benefit of paid subscriptions is preserved or refunded pro rata.
8. Liability
We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence, under the German Product Liability Act, and for injury to life, body or health. For simple negligence we are liable only for the breach of essential contractual duties, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. We take no responsibility for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
9. Privacy, changes to these terms, final provisions
See our Privacy Policy; user content is never used to train AI models. We may amend these terms for the future with at least 30 days' notice in text form; if you do not object within the notice period, the amended terms are deemed accepted — we will point this consequence out in the notification. German law applies (excluding CISG); mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
